Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

It is imperative that you inspect any and all items as soon as you receive your shipment. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us via email or phone immediately!

** IMPORTANT NOTICE ** Items that have been used in the slightest manner CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED UNLESS DEFECTIVE!!! Custom Skates may be returned ONLY under the circumstances mentioned above. If a return is to be made, you must provide the original equipment and receipt. PLEASE CALL IF YOU NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM. Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your shipment. If you are making a return, please provide us with information as to whether you need to exchange the item (i.e. different size, color, etc,) or if you want a full refund.
