Q: Are the roller skates "true to size?"

A: The simple answer would be YES, however, it is always recommended that you order 1 size larger than what you currently wear. This is especially true for growing children! For skates that are only available in Mens sizes, women should order 1 size smaller than what they currently wear with respect to the coordinating Mens size. For more information click on the "Sizing Information" tab on the left menu.

Q: How much is shipping and what methods do you provide?

A: Shipping methods can be found under the "Shipping Information" link in the left menu.

Q: If I order a pair of skates today, when can I expect to have them?

A: Orders will normally take a day or two for processing before being shipped out. The reason for this is to not only allow payments to clear but to allow the customer time to make any changes if need be. This is especially true with custom skates. A simple break down would be, If your order was placed after business hours Mon-Thurs. it would be processed the following day. If placed after hours on Friday or on the weekend, it would be processed Monday morning. In cases where standard "none custom" skates and products are ordered, these processing times can be sped up! When custom skates or large orders are placed, the above rules will more than likely take precedence.

Q: Where do the skates/etc ship from?

Q: Do you have a store front business or just an online business?

A: SIRRMARC-SPORTS.com is an online store...at least for the time being :-)!

Q: Do you Price Match?

A: Absolutely. By law there are certain skates that have specified minimum prices that ALL retailers must adhere to, but about 98% of the products you see can be matched!
